Working at the nexus of strategy, policy and purpose.
About my work
My professional experience sits across a couple key buckets including:
Policy: I help direct policy processes to align global development with economic security; some past experiences include high-stakes initiatives like the $500M CHIPS Fund and the $300M Strategic Competition pilot to secure digital supply chains and advance financial inclusion through expert stakeholder navigation.
Strategy: I love helping organizations with global portfolios distil complex geopolitical data into actionable frameworks that allow senior principals to make high-stakes decisions on resource allocation. One example was USAIDs inaugural PRC dashboard in partnership with AIDdata.
Implementation: In my former roles at USAID and the State Department, I oversaw flagship economic programs, such as regional digital payment ecosystems and national infrastructure "Calls to Action," establishing the rigorous metrics and governance required to ensure large-scale investments deliver measurable impact.
Strategic Engagement: My past experience as the US representative to various World Bank, UN, and G7 fora, I’ve set global collations on issues that matter to me — like financing for high quality infrastructure.
Learning & Thought Leadership: I love to write things that help move programs forward, and have been lucky to be a Council on Foreign Relations International Affairs Fellow and Adjunct Fellow with CSIS. I am most proud of the Infrastructure Assistance Review, I co-led with Duke University in 2023/4.
